General terms and conditions of business

 

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website https://www.yipeng-cad-lantern-festival.com/ and to the brokering of event tickets by CB Agency, Emil-Geis-Strasse 40, 81379 Munich, Germany, hereinafter referred to as "the broker". The broker acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the organizer, Huang Fu Long Art Culture Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the organizer".

 

2. Contracting parties / Role of the intermediary

The agent does not sell tickets themselves.
The contract for attending the event is concluded exclusively between the customer and the organizer.

The intermediary assumes no obligations as organizer and is not a contractual partner with regard to the execution of the event.

 

3. Description of services

The intermediary provides an online platform through which customers can purchase tickets for events organized by third-party providers/organizers, particularly abroad (e.g. Thailand).

The event description, prices, dates and conditions of participation are provided by the organizer.

 

4. Ticket Purchase & Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by the intermediary acting as a payment agent on behalf of the organizer. There is no entitlement to the purchase of specific tickets.

 

5. Prizes

All prices quoted are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown (small business regulation), if applicable.

Additional fees, taxes, or charges may apply, levied by the organizer or foreign authorities.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal, as these are services related to leisure events with a fixed date (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

 

7. Cancellation & Rebooking

Cancellations, rebookings or refunds are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of the respective organizer.

The intermediary is not obliged to make refunds.

 

8. Liability

The intermediary is not liable for:

• the organization of the event

• Changes, cancellations or postponements

• Performance quality of the organizer

• Entry, visa or health regulations

The intermediary's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence in the context of the intermediary activity.

 

9. Disclaimer for overseas events

For events abroad, the legal regulations of the respective country apply.
The customer is responsible for complying with all entry, visa and health regulations.

 

10. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as permissible – the place of business of the intermediary.
