1. Who is the CB Agency?

CB Agency is run by David Siebert and is the official ticket agent for the Chiangmai CAD Khomloy Sky Lantern Festival and the New Year's Countdown Festival.
The connection to the festivals is on a family level, which allows us to offer exclusive insights and a direct line to the organizers.

 

 

2. What is included in my ticket?

With your ticket you will enjoy a truly special event experience:

• Access to the entire event grounds

• Participation in all local attractions

• Access to the dining area and dinner buffet (depending on the ticket category booked)

• A reserved seat for the formal evening ceremony (depending on the category)

• Convenient round-trip transport to the event venue (if booked)

• Two lanterns for a shared light experience

• A krathong for the traditional ceremony

 

3. Can I choose a specific seat?

No, a specific seat selection is not possible. You book a ticket category, and we guarantee – subject to availability – a seat within that category.
For multiple bookings, we will of course ensure that all guests sit next to each other.

 

4. What is the additional service fee?

A service fee is charged by the ticketing platform. The fee is 2.5% and may therefore vary slightly depending on the ticket category/price.

 

5. Why do I only receive the official tickets within 48 hours?

Bookings are made directly through our website, but the purchase agreement is concluded with the event organizer. After your booking, we will contact the organizer, check availability, and – if available – issue your official ticket, which you will then receive from the organizer via email.

 

6. How many visitors are expected at the event?

In 2025, 15,000 people celebrated with us, and for 2026 we expect around 20,000 participants.
